BEING THE MONTH ATELIER LEADER

Master Splinter said:"Having different kinds of people, and hence different opinions, in a team doesn't make the team weaker but giving more strength to it. It is, sometimes, very hard to get all these people to reach a consensus and in fact you don't need to do this. A leader must understand it and the followers must follow it."

Sometimes I did feel a bit down when I could not get the response I have expected. I was wondering if I am not convincing enough that people refuse to follow me. I am scare to make any decision for my team as I have an inferior feeling on my judgement. But the word from Master Splinter tells me being given the chance to hold this position is the best proof that my comrades have put their faith in me and with this I am ready to lead them to the higher edge.
